The purpose of Ushers

To welcome and serve people in God’s Love during Sunday worship services and special services

The duties of Ushers include:

Pass out worship folders, help seat people, collect offering, facilitate communion, move speaking platform onto sanctuary floor, crowd control, look for ways to assist people, answer questions, and maintain climate control.

Usher team volunteers

Each week we have three usher teams of 4-5 people, each responsible to serve at one of the three Sunday morning services. Commitment involves being scheduled for a month at a time (4-5 Sunday services) and in total, serving one month 3 times per year plus special services.
